Button Notecards

I can never find the perfect notecard, so I decided to make a few thank you cards by utilizing some paper and buttons in my collection. Here's a step-by-step tutorial.

1. You'll need a notecard, at least two buttons, a needle and thread, tissue paper, and grosgrain ribbon. You'll also need scissors, white glue, and hot glue.

2. Next, stack and stitch the buttons together using the needle and thread. For a little flare, add a bead to the center of the stacked buttons.

3. Cut assymetrical bits from the tissue paper. Spread a thin layer of white glue a few inches down the left side of the card. Arrange the tissue shapes haphazardly, overlapping them just a bit.

4. Using hot glue, secure the ribbon and button to the card.
